Australian Aborigine culture dates back more than 40,000 years, making Aborigines the oldest surviving culture in the world. Although Aborigines never developed a written language, and never formed cities or farmed the land, they did conquer many of the social problems the rest of the world is still facing today, like overpopulation, wars, the destruction of the environment, and the use of non-renewable resources.
